TERMS AND POLICIES

A few guidelines are just what the doctor ordered so that we’re all on the same page, kept safe, and can keep focussed on serving up great PLD and improving student outcomes. Read on to find out how we work together.

Free Ticket policy

We’re dedicated to improving teaching practice wherever we can and love offering free workshops to our community. However, we occasionally run into issues when people book but don’t attend the workshop. This causes us to over cater our events and disrupt our hosts’ planning. To continue to offer free events, we’ve put in place the following:

  • If you’ve booked a free ticket for an event, you must let us know you are not attending at least 24 hours in advance of the event.
  • To let us know you can’t attend, please email arnika@impacted.co.nz
  • If 24 hours notice is not provided, we will charge you $50 to cover our admin, catering, and venue costs where applicable.
  • Invoices will be sent to the email you provided when booking, and payment in full is the responsibility of the owner of the email address. Payment is to be made within two weeks of invoice.
